Our client – an industrial plant operating near residential areas – approached us after numerous odor nuisance complaints from residents affected its operations. As a result of the inspection carried out by the Provincial Inspectorate for Environmental Protection (WIOŚ), the company was obliged to conduct an environmental review.
Our task was to comprehensively assess the plant’s impact on the environment, particularly in terms of air emissions. The review included evaluating compliance with regulations, identifying emission sources, and suggesting possible corrective actions. The outcome was a reliable report, which the client submitted to the supervisory authority, thus meeting the requirements of the administrative decision and simultaneously obtaining specific recommendations for implementation.
